LERN membership provides career management skills, contact with peer senior executives, participation in an executive community for sharing experiences and networks, job postings, resumes being presented for top level positions exclusively, LERN publicity to bring more executive searchers to LERN, a Library of resources to expand your possibilities, and a social environment at future LERN events.
 
LERN membership is only open to candidates with the following qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of management experience. Your experience should include managing managers and budgets where you have accomplishments that increased revenue, reduced costs, or both, and this should be noted on your resume.
  • An minimum annual salary of $75,000.
Fee for membership is $50 per year (probably one of the all time great bargins!)

Once that's paid your account will be activated. Following activation you need to sign-in and fill out the information that will form your full LERN profile. Louisville-Area employers will be able to find you when they search through the member database to find the executive talent they need. So if do not fill in the information you will be at a disadvantage.
 
Note that your LERN membership is renewable each year, on the day your account was activated. A field on your profile will show your membership expiration date.
