LERN Meeting Program
(January 24, 2012)

Presented by:
Frank Miller, President
Dynamic Outcomes

Topic: “Developing Charisma for Personal Success”

We’ve all heard the expression “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” If you want to make that first good impression, build long-term trusting personal relationships, or become an inspiring leader, you might want to develop some charismatic behaviors. With some small adjustments in your behavior, you could drastically increase your personal image and leadership effectiveness.

Charismatic leaders, through their behaviors, are known to create and maintain a work environment where people are emotionally and intellectually committed to the organization’s goals. They build an energetic and positive attitude in others and inspire them to do their very best.

The fact is anyone can decide to become more charismatic simply by making a firm commitment to develop competence in certain behaviors. The main program focus will be to look at those behaviors needed to display more charisma and improve personal success.

Some topics to be included…
    • What it means to be charismatic
    • Charismatic first impressions
    • Charismatic and positive gestures
    • Charismatic communication
    • Building personal relationships
    • Developing leadership charisma
